Our swimwear fabric is a unique blend of polyester, nylon and lycra. The polyester ensures your child’s swimwear maintains it’s shape, size and color over time when exposed to water and sun. The lycra gives it the stretch it needs to be comfortable and grow with your child. All of our swimwear is fully lined.
The fabric we use provides UPF 50+ protection. This means they are protected against 97% of the sun’s UVA and UVB rays. That being said, we believe in taking every precaution to protect your child’s skin from the sun. Apply sunscreen 15 minutes before they get in the water and reapply often.
If you are not entirely happy with your order, please email us at email@example.com. We accept new / unworn items for return within 7 days of the original delivery received date. Any and all shipping charges will not be returned. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Please note that any clothing smelling of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or have perceived damage are not eligible for a refund and you will be contacted directly via email. Returns will only be accepted on full priced items. Any items purchased at a discounted price through store markdowns or promo codes are not eligible for returns.
If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within a certain amount of days. Only full priced items are eligible for refunds, all sale priced items are not eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer direct exchanges, as our inventory changes often and goes quickly. The best way to “exchange” is to checkout as normal through our shop for inventory purposes and to ensure you get the color and size you need. Because our fulfillment team processes and ships order quickly, we are unable to make changes to your order once it’s been placed. If there is an issue with your order please reach out, and we will make every effort to cancel it when possible.
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified.
If you received a damaged or defective product, a refund, store credit, or replacement when available will be offered to you. Damaged and defective product must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and detailed photos of the defect. Once an item received is deemed defective by our customer service team, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the refund or replacement will be processed as previously specified.
